Halo 1 was the first of the Halos to come out. It came out one the original x box first then later on the pc. This one was by far the best one out of all them and it was more fun on the computer because you had online play and you could hack it. It came out in 2001 and it is a first person shooter.
As a first person shooter you play the game from the main characters point of veiw. For health you use energy shield and then you have your ragular health. My favorite weapon combination would either be a shotty and pistol or a sniper pistol. This game was way better on the computer for the reason of online play. The graphics were okish.

I liked the first one for story line but the multiplayer was ok. If you want good multiplayer play Halo 2 or Halo Reach.
First of all, I played this and never was smart enough to hack it so that kind of suck! But I though it was cool how it was a first person shooter. Compared to ODST, Halo 1 rocks.
halo 1 was a very fun game to play back in the days. i think i beat austin kudlock all thime at it he was bad baaaaa:)
Halo 1 was one of the best and yea ODST was the worst!
